This is a kit of 12 OEM Fuel Pump Bolts to secure your Fuel Pump into your tank. These screws should be replaced every time you change your Fuel Filter or replace your Fuel Pump. The washers are a crush washer designed for a one time use. Don't take the risk of a fuel leak by skipping the new screws.
