Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Since we try to process and ship orders quickly, changes or cancellations are not always possible once an order has been placed.
If you need to make a change, contact our customer service team at 763-404-7372 as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before the order ships. If the order has already shipped, you may still be able to return or exchange the item according to our return policy.

WaterSkis.com works hard to offer competitive pricing on all wakeboarding, wakesurfing and boating gear. If you find the same product offered for less by an authorized retailer, contact our team and we’ll review the pricing. In many cases we can match the competitor’s price. Our goal is to make sure you get the best gear at the best value.
Can I use multiple payment methods or gift certificates?
WaterSkis.com accepts a variety of payment options during checkout, including: All major credit cards, Amazon Pay, and PayPal along with gift certificates or store credit (when available). We can only use one credit card for each purchase along with any store credit or gift certificate.
If you have a WaterSkis gift certificate, you can apply it during checkout using the code provided. If you have store credit on your account, You will see it once you are logged in. If you have questions about payment options or applying store credit, our support team can help.
Why is my order in Manual Processing or under fraud review?
To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, Waterskis.com uses a third-party fraud detection service to review orders before they ship. Most orders pass automatically. However, if an order is flagged for manual review, its status may show as Manual Processing while we verify that the order is legitimate.
If this happens, our team may contact you to request additional information to confirm the order. This could include verifying billing details or confirming the shipping address.
If an order cannot pass the fraud verification process, you may be asked to place the order again using PayPal with a confirmed PayPal address. PayPal verification helps confirm the identity of the buyer and allows us to safely process and ship the order.

Most WaterSkis.com orders ship within 1 business day after they are placed. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package. If you require your order to deliver by a specific date, please contact our customer support team for the best shipping option to deliver for your requirements.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free ground shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States. Orders under $100 or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations may have additional shipping charges. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.
How can I estimate shipping costs before ordering?

Add the items you are looking to purchase into your shopping cart, when you view your cart, you can enter your Zip Code and City to get a shipping estimagte from each of the different shipping methods. We will have methods from Free (Orders over $100), to Overnight and everything in between. View Your Cart.

How can I track my order?

What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
WaterSkis.com offers Route Package Protection on every order to help protect your purchase during shipping.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and you selected Route at checkout, you can quickly file a claim through Route and they will help resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, often within 24 hours. If you choose not to add Route Package Protection, we can still help open a claim with the shipping carrier (such as UPS). However, carrier investigations can take time and resolutions are not guaranteed because the package is not insured through Route.
For the best protection and fastest resolution if something goes wrong during shipping, we strongly recommend keeping Route Package Protection on your order at checkout.

What is the WaterSkis.com return policy?
WaterSkis.com offers one of the most customer-friendly return policies in the wake industry. Most unused items can be returned within 365 days of purchase as long as they are in new condition and include the original packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange:

Provide your order number and the item you want to return or exchange.
Our team will provide return instructions and the correct shipping address.
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges are processed promptly.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely. Make sure the all additional items are shipped back with the returned item.
Are there restocking fees?
Most returns do not include restocking fees, provided the item is returned unused and in original packaging. Items that show signs of use, missing packaging, missing items, or damage may be subject to additional fees or may not qualify for a return.
Any Route Package Protection (Shipping Insurance) or Shipping Charges are none refundable.
If you had free shipping and your order is below the threshold, you will be charged the original shipping charge to deliver your order.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?

All Warranty decisions are up to the manufacturer and WaterSkis.com has no control on what is or is not warranty.
What types of damage are not covered under warranty?
Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials or workmanship, but they do not cover damage caused by normal use or accidents.
Examples of damage that are usually not covered under warranty include:
